Robert Cresanti takes reins of International Franchise Association less than two weeks after the departure of Steve Caldeira Cresanti After 15 months on the job, International Franchise Association lobbyist Robert Cresanti has been tapped as the next CEO of the $16 million-revenue organization, replacing former CEO Steve Caldeira.
